Yamasa Shoyu Shoyu Ajiwai Taikenkan (Soy Sauce Museum)

Yamasa Shoyu has been producing soy sauce in Choshi, Chiba, for over 370 years.
The factory tour is available (reservation required).
Yamasa's historical documents and traditional tools for soy sauce making are displayed, and you can also experience baking rice crackers at Shoyu Ajiwai Taikenkan. You can enjoy soy sauce soft-serve, rice crackers and fried noodles, etc.

Photography is prohibited during the factory visit. Please walk on the safety passage and follow the instructions of the staff.
