Iinumahonke “Shisui Magariya”

The traditional Japanese L-shaped ranch house was relocated from Niigata Prefecture, and serves as a store offering sake made at Iinumahonke.
Inside is a cafe serving light meals such as udon noodles and curry made with sake lees, as well as dessert.
Some of the ingredients are offered at the shop.
Visitors may try the different labels of sake at the tasting corner before choosing a product to purchase.

Visitors are invited to taste freshly brewed sake when the tour is during the pressing stage of the brewing process .
